Q:  Where do you deliver 3D Signs to?
A:   LogoPaint delivers 3D Signs to all countries worldwide.

Q:  What’s the difference between 3D Signs and get-ups?
A:   3D Signs are referred to in many different ways in different countries, e.g. get-ups, mirage, cam carpets etc.

Q:  Are 3D Signs better in soccer than other sports?
A:   No, 3D Signs have different advantages in different televised sports. Have a look at the list of sports we operate in and read about the specific advantages of this sport – if your sport is not on the list please contact us for further information.

Q:  How do I make sure that my company logo appears exactly how I want it in 3D Signs?
A:  You will always receive a simulation of how your logo will appear as a 3D Sign on a venue of your choice before production.

Q:  We have received our 3D Sign but it has been damaged during transportation- who do I contact?
A:  Please contact the courier company. For further questions please contact our logistics department.

Q: Do 3D Signs interfere with the players or spectators?
A: Unlike static boards, 3D Signs (cam carpets) lie flat on the playing surface and do therefore not obstruct the players or the sightline of spectators.

Q: We have a local sticker supplier that we normally use. Is it possible to have the 3D Signs printed there?
A: Yes, 3D Signs stickers (for basket ball, tennis etc. ) can if necessary be printed locally. In that case, LogoPaint will be in charge of the measurements and the graphical execution and send the print file to the local print house. However, 3D Signs cam carpets (for football etc.) can only be printed in our production for an optimal result.

Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Usually, all orders will be delivered within 2-5 work days.

Q: Can we move our 3D Sign to another stadium?
A: As a general rule, a 3D Sign may only be used at the stadium or arena it was made for. As a 3D Sign is a precision product, it will be difficult to find a stadium with exactly the same angles between the main camera, and the 3D Sign position.
